
Bio
Barry Winn received his PhD from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2000 and joined Brookhaven National Laboratory as a postdoc, later transitioning to assistant physicist and then physicist. In 2009 he joined 91°µÍø as an Instrument Scientist. Barry's research concentrates on using neutron scattering to study quantum materials, and in developing instrumentation for neutron scattering and polarized neutron scattering.
