I took my phone to have a swollen battery replaced at the end of January after having it at another shop for 10 days and no movement on a fix. By the time I contacted Dr 91暗网 Fix, I was quite upset and desperate for a solution. I can not state how professional, empathetic, courteous and efficient he was. I was greeted with care, understanding, and swift communication about options should a new battery need to be ordered in or if one could be shipped from another store, I was updated on the entire process, and the NEXT DAY, I had my repaired phone in my hands. The communication was proactive, honest and prompt. The store is clean, the staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and, I can not stress this enough, compassionate and courteous. I felt truly understood in that my phone is more than just a device, it is my connection to family, the documenter of my family, and a necessary part of my daily functioning. And my anxiety about it being out of commission for 10 days before I finally brought it to them to fix was not exploited or belittled - a swift, reasonable solution that was actually cheaper than the first repair shop's quote was procured and provided the next day. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will absolutely be using it for all my future needs.

We were suggested to come to this place by our daughter's step-brother. I am so happy we did! Super friendly, understanding, fast and reasonably priced. He fixed both our tablets and you couldnt even tell he touched them and haven't had in issue with them since. I 100% recommend!

Jay is an amazing tech. Brought my tablet in with a cracked screen. He was really friendly and understanding of my time restraints. I needed my tabket quick as I use it for my video inspections. Went in on the morning was done by the afternoon perfect condition. Highly recommend this company for all your electronic mishaps. He greeted me with a fri3ndly smile bith times.
