Bio
Jordan Emch serves as a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Site Services Electrical Engineering Group. His role includes responsibility for maintaining configuration and continued operation of the electrical systems at Chestnut Ridge's Spallation Neutron Source. This includes new design, modifications, construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. of associated electrical systems.
Prior to joining ORNL, Jordan worked for as a Project Engineer for a consulting engineering firm in the Electrical Utility Industry. He also worked as an Electrical Facility Engineer at the Spallation Neutron Source and as an Engineering Associate for a consulting engineering firm in the Electrical Utility Industry.
Jordan received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in May of 2017. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Tennessee and a certified International Code Council (ICC) Commercial Electrical Inspector (CEI).
