
Bio
Dr. Jiyoung Son has 12 years of inter-disciplinary collaborative research and development projects which were focused on MEMS based environmental physical chemistry and biological analysis solutions. His specialty is developing microfluidic in-situ analysis platform for existing surface analysis tools such as ToF-SIMS, SEM, Raman, and XRS. He also has worked on mass spectrometry technique such as ToF-SIMS.
