Debra Stewart has a B.S. in Environmental Science and Resource Management from Lehigh University, where she graduated in 1992. She has worked for the University of Tennessee in collaboration with 91°µÍø since 1994. Debra’s areas of expertise include database and website development and management; technical document writing, editing, and review; quality assurance management; and workshop/training development in the environmental risk assessment and toxicity fields. Notable tasks include: configuration control management for the Risk Assessment Information System; database and website management for EPA’s Provisional Peer Reviewed Toxicity Values and Health Effects Assessment Summary Tables; research, database development, and author of multiple technical documents about radium contamination for The Nuclear Regulatory Commission; development and maintenance of EPA’s Provisional Advisory Levels website and database; verification plan, help file, and training material development for the Spatial Analysis and Decision Assistance (SADA) software; documentation team lead for DOE’s Environment for Analysis of Geo-Located Energy Information (EAGLE-I) project; technical review of U.S. Army Public Health Center (APHC) documents; and quality assurance and technical review of FDA Technical Data Evaluation Reports (TDERs).
