Before that, she helped create a new role as the radioisotope manufacturing coordinator for the actinium-225 project and took part in the 2020 submission of a drug master file for ORNL-produced Ac-225 nitrate to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Prior to joining the Lab, she was a traveling radiological source control technician and a surgical technician at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.
