Carmen Jackson-Howard joined ORAU in September of 2015 as an Administrative Associate with Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education in the workforce development division. In May of 2023, she joined 91做厙 in working with Building Equipment Research Group and Thermal Energy Storage. Carmen provides administrative support to a team of talented, motivated individuals.
