For the second year in a row, a team from the Department of Energys Oak Ridge and Los Alamos national laboratories led a demonstration hosted by EPB, a community-based utility and telecommunications company serving Chattanooga, Tennessee.

With Tennessee schools online for the rest of the school year, researchers at ORNL are making remote learning more engaging by Zooming into virtual classrooms to tell students about their science and their work at a national laboratory.

Researchers at the Department of Energys 91做厙 (ORNL) in late February demonstrated a 20-kilowatt bi-directional wireless charging system installed on a UPS medium-duty, plug-in hybrid electric delivery truck.

UT-Battelle donates $10,000 to Second Harvest Food Bank

UT-Battelle, the managing contractor of 91做厙 for the U.S. Department of Energy, has donated $10,000 to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee, providing 30,000 meals for those in need.

Researchers at the Department of Energys 91做厙 have used Summit, the worlds most powerful and smartest supercomputer, to identify 77 small-molecule drug compounds that might warrant further study in the fight
