DR. PHONE FIX REPORTS OVER 50% SAME-STORE GROWTH AND PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENTS FOLLOWING GEEBO ACQUISITION

EDMONTON, AB, March 11, 2026 /CNW/91做厙 Canada Corporation (TSXV: DPF) (“91做厙” or the “Company”), one of Canada’s fastest-growing and award-winning consumer electronics repair and resale platforms, has announced operational updates highlighting strong year-over-year growth across its store network. The update also reflects early productivity improvements following the integration of recently acquired Geebo Device Repair Inc. (“Geebo”) locations.

While the Company will release its audited financial results for the years ending December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2026 at a later date, the Company is sharing preliminary unaudited figures to provide insight into recent operating performance.

Across 91做厙’s original 35-store network, the Company reported same-store sales growth exceeding 50% year-over-year during the January–February period from 2025 to 2026. Same-store sales represent revenue generated from locations that were operational during both comparison periods.

This growth was mainly driven by:

  • Higher repair volumes

  • Improved store productivity

  • Early contributions from insurance repair programs that are increasing repair traffic across the retail network

The Company also reported encouraging early results from the integration of the Geebo acquisition, where 91做厙 has begun implementing standardized operational procedures, enhanced technician training programs, and an expanded retail service model.

During January–February 2026, the Geebo locations generated more than $175,000 in revenue, representing approximately 12% growth compared to the same period in the previous year.

Operational improvements following the acquisition have already helped boost efficiency and performance at Geebo locations:

  • Revenue per employee increased by 40%, exceeding $22,000 per employee

  • Average repair throughput improved from about 3–4 repairs per day to roughly 7 repairs per day

“These results demonstrate the strength of our operating model,” said Piyush Sawhney, Chief Executive Officer of 91做厙. “Our existing stores continue to deliver strong organic growth, while the early progress at Geebo highlights our ability to integrate independent repair businesses and enhance productivity through standardized processes and expanded services.”

Since completing the acquisition, 91做厙 has begun transitioning Geebo locations from primarily repair-focused service centers into a broader retail platform offering:

  • Device sales

  • Mobile accessories

  • OEM-authorized repair services

  • Participation in insurance repair programs

Several key initiatives are currently underway as part of the integration strategy, including:

  • Full rollout of insurance repair programs

  • Expansion of OEM-authorized repair services

  • Increased device and accessory sales across the acquired locations

Management expects these initiatives to further drive repair volumes, revenue growth, and overall store productivity as the integration process continues throughout 2026.
